Here are the current career openings at our headquarters.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a versatile IT Project Manager to lead and support the digital transformation of our organization. This strategic role involves functional expertise in our ERP system, managing associated business platforms, and driving cross-functional projects related to information systemsMain responsibilitiesEnsure functional mastery of the ERP and provide user support.Manage and maintain business platforms connected to the ERP (PLM, supplier platform, PIM, DAM...), providing both technical and functional support.Develop and oversee integration flows between the ERP and satellite solutions.Lead cross-functional IT projects: Gather and analyze requirements with business teams.Define scope and draft specifications.Identify and coordinate external partners when necessary.Monitor and support all project phases (design, deployment, testing, go-live).Contribute to updating and improving technical and functional documentation to ensure system sustainability.ProfileHigher education in Computer Science or Information Systems.Proven experience in IT project management and ERP expertise.Knowledge of business solutions (PLM, PIM, DAM...) and integration flows.Familiarity with Talend or similar tools, SOAP and REST APIs, and SQL language.Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (marketing, design, production, accounting...).Pedagogical approach to simplify technical concepts.Active listening and diplomacy.Professional English proficiency is a plus.Offer:· An inclusive international environment where people from different backgrounds, lifestyles and nationalities love to work together.· Flexibility and autonomy: hybrid work and flexible hours.· Meal and eco vouchers.· Company car with fuel card.· Mobile phone with subscription.· Group insurance with Vivium.· Health insurance with Alan.· Attractive discounts on our Bellerose collections.· Office activities: from yoga classes to walking and running sessions with colleagues, and team lunches.· A legendary Bellerose end-of-year party.Location: Groot-BijgaardenType of contract: Permanent Occupation: Full timeDo you think your skills and personality align perfectly with this vacancy and the spirit of our brand?
