Your ambition and potential will be recognized, and there are real opportunities to grow within the company.What you'll do:Be the go-to contact for customers, partner offices, and internal teams.Handle a variety of inquiries via email and phone, focusing on understanding the real needs behind each question.Provide clear, solution-oriented support instead of scripted responses.Take ownership of your cases and maintain detailed records in Salesforce.Monitor SLAs and proactively keep clients informed of progress.Support internal workflows, from order processing to delivery, sales support, and revenue tracking.Help improve processes, create accounts, and share documentation.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and ensure their success.What we're looking for:Proven experience in customer service (B2B or non-B2C environments preferred).Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (B2+).Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft 365, digital tools, and interfaces.Strong communicator: clear, friendly, and empathetic.Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex situations.Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented.Available for a fixed schedule (start at 8:30 or finish at 17:00) and 2 office days/week.Motivated to grow, take on new challenges, and make an impact.What we offer:Competitive salary + benefits + 13th month.Laptop and mobile phone.Hybrid work setup with fixed office days (Tuesday & Thursday).Eco vouchers and hospitalization insurance.Disability insurance and strong pension plan.2 paid volunteering days per year.Access to LinkedIn Learning and internal training.A fun, dynamic team and regular social events.Clear career paths and opportunities to grow within the company.Ready to make an impact, grow your career, and be recognized for your potential?
