Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:An international environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)More than 450 employeesOver 20% growth each yearWe are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Fraud Cluster for one of our clients in the banking sector.Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementLead end-to-end business analysis activities in alignment with the product owners' priorities.Collect, challenge, and document business requirements while ensuring efficiency, strategic fit, and customer experience alignment.Translate business needs into functional requirements that guide developers, architects, and functional analysts.Act as Feature Owner / Opus Owner, coordinating stakeholders during ideation and refinement until the feature is ready for delivery.Support end-to-end testing of new functionalities, monitor progress, and manage issues and risks.Process & Data ModellingAnalyse and document new business processes and data models using modelling techniques (UML, Visio, mock-ups...).Ensure consistency and clarity in process flows and data mapping throughout the project lifecycle.Project Management & Change EnablementCoordinate stakeholders and contributors, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project.Manage constraints, risks, and dependencies to keep progress on track.Support business teams during go-live and adoption of new fraud prevention solutions.Your ProfileExperience & KnowledgeAt least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally combined with project management responsibilities.Experience in fraud prevention and detection within the banking sector is a strong asset.Expertise in conceptual modelling (UML, Visio, mock-ups).Good understanding of functional and technical processes.Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or other project frameworks.Soft SkillsAnalytical mindset with strong conceptual thinking.Ownership, autonomy, and structured working style.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Customer-centric and results-oriented attitude.Adaptability and openness to change in a dynamic environment.Education & LanguagesMaster's degree or equivalent experience.Strong written and spoken communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.Why Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and take part in delivering high-impact fraud prevention and digital transformation projects within the banking sector.Work in an Agile, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment, contributing to the protection and efficiency of financial services at national scale.Apply now and grow with us
