Learn more at www.altiacompany.com WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The selected candidate will lead projects within DG MARE’s Integrated Fisheries Data Management (IFDM) programme. The role includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and Testers); planning and reporting work on an annual, Programme Increment and sprint basis; managing the Project Steering Committee; liaising with DIGIT on technical matters; and following up with the helpdesk at L2/L3 level. The candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of digital solutions, from conceptualisation to retirement, using continuous improvement practices. They will define, build and manage digital solutions; maintain the solution vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives; manage implementation within agreed cost, schedule and quality parameters; work with the Business Manager on business justification and implementation; prepare project plans; lead project teams; estimate costs, timelines and resources; monitor delivery; manage change control; manage stakeholders through structured communication plans, stakeholder mapping and regular status reporting; maintain the CMDB of in-scope systems; and complete deployment pipeline configuration. 🔹Requirements🔹 Agile methodology, Scrum Management and SAFe; Agile PM Practitioner certification is required.
• Experience with project-management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of software development and coding, including at architecture level.
• Understanding of network and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and reverse proxy mapping.
• Expertise in project scheduling, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance tracking.
• Ability to plan, execute and control projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate status, risks and decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders; lead teams; manage team dynamics and conflicts; negotiate commitments; and adapt plans to changes.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, remote/on-site and international multicultural environment, both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Very good written and spoken English, at CEFR B2 level or above. French is an asset.
• Results-oriented mindset and high-quality standards.
