KONE BeLux est à la recherche d'un Customer Service Specialist responsable du support administratif vente dans notre département de Services Client.
Responsabilités :
Vous répondez aux questions relatives au bon encodage des contrats et vous coordonnez toutes leurs modifications durant la vie de celui-ci en assurant un niveau de service client et délai de résolution raisonnable à la date de la demande ou d’effet du contrat. Vous garantissez un support administratif aux vendeurs et chefs d’équipes dans tous les processus liés aux contrats, de l’enregistrement jusqu’à la bonne facturation de ce dernier, en capturant les instructions particulières du contrat. Vous garantissez un traitement fluide des réclamations, analysez la question sous-jacente et réfléchissez à une solution pérenne pour augmenter la satisfaction client. Vous n’hésitez pas à prendre contact avec le client pour toutes questions administratives liées à son contrat. Vous contribuez à la satisfaction des clients internes et externes en étant réactif et proactif et en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les services concernés. Vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration continue du service en n’hésitant pas à partager des propositions d’amélioration à mettre en œuvre.Profile
Vous avez bonne connaissance de la langue français et néerlandais, écrite et parlée. Vous connaissez les packages Office actuels. La connaissance de SAP est un plus. Vous êtes analytique et les chiffres ne vous effraient pas Vous êtes bien organisé et vous souhaitez être pleinement engagé dans votre travail. Vous avez déjà une première expérience dans un rôle administratif varié où vous avez dû définir vos propres priorités. Votre verre est toujours à moitié plein, jamais à moitié vide.
