  • Act as a central point of contact for HR initiatives, coordinating various activities and projects within the company.
  • Redaction of documents for the clients
  • Helping the COO with various admin and HR tasks
  • Implementing the new HR projects
  • Working side to side with the HR Generalist
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • You speak perfectly French, Dutch AND English (it's a must)
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
  • You have ideally a first experience in HR
  • You are at ease with IT, especially with Excel
  • You are motivated, dynamic and organised
  • You are able to jump from one tasks to another and to manage different tasks at the same time
  • You are willing to learn and to be fully trained
