In het bijzonder draag je bij aan de digitalisering van het beroep van treinbegeleider (bedrijfsapplicaties op smartphones, smartwatches, geavanceerde planningstools, etc.)
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Als Systems project Manger ziet jou takenpakket er als volgt uit: :
Je bedenkt nieuwe, creatieve toepassingen (vb.: bedrijfsapplicaties op smartphones, smartwatches, geavanceerde planningstools) voor de treinbegeleiders en maakt hiervan een functionele analyse. Je verzamelt de noden van de business (requirements) om over te gaan tot de aankoop en/of de ontwikkeling van nieuwe applicaties. Je zorgt voor de opvolging van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en organiseert daartoe het nodige overleg met de dienst informatica en/of een externe leverancier. Je voert de nodige functionele testen uit op nieuwe applicaties en coördineert met ons intern testteam. Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis over de voortgang van je projecten. Je begeleidt de go-live en de hypercare van je projecten.Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Senior ICT Manager.

Om deel te nemen aan deze vacature beschik je over een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en heb je ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige job. Volgende competenties zijn ook van belang:
