ERM, the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy , is currently seeking a motivated temporary Office & Facilities Manager to be based in Brussels.

This a 5 month contract for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and who could be immediately available to join ERM's team BeNe (Belgium & Netherlands) and provide reliable support through a variety of administrative tasks. We are looking for a contingent worker / freelancer.

What can you expect from the position?

Our office in Brussels is thriving and fully occupied by consultants from Belgium and abroad. It is imperative that everything in the office runs like clockwork. We are therefore looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Office & Facilities Manager. The position is diverse and challenging because your activities change along with the rapid developments within our international organization.

A small selection of your duties:

Overall responsibility for operational functioning of office Liaising with the landlord and fellow tenants Arrange office cleaning, plants, garbage bins etc. Welcome colleagues and guests and provide them with the necessary information Arrange team presents for various celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries etc) Handling phone calls and voice mails Managing parking and desk registration system Handling and tracking package deliveries and keeping employees updated accordingly. Ensure the periodic maintenance of the office (building, doors, alarms, electricity, printers, etc.) Making sure the office and kitchen supplies are well-managed (stock and orders) Improve our vendor list where possible and manage our office more efficiently Schedule, prepare and attend meetings Supporting business on administrative tasks when required, like travel management IT Support; you make sure new colleagues have a well-functioning laptop on their first day of work, set-up mobile phones, ensure desks are properly equipped etc.

We are looking for someone comfortable with multi-tasking and able to support the team with facility- and administrative tasks and IT support. Preferably you already have some experience as an Office Manager, possibly in a multinational environment. As our Office Manager, you are naturally organized and work with a well-set-up plan to meet required deadlines. In addition, you embrace and enjoy interacting with people from all backgrounds and nationalities. We are looking for someone flexible, willing to learn different things and to work in an international environment

High level of French/ Dutch and English both verbally and in writing.
