Your role
As a young and ambitious company, working in the development and production of renewable energy, we at Eoly Energy are looking for an energetic new colleague. In order to complete our team of Management Assistants, we are looking for an Office Assistant.
- You manage the agendas of various managers;
- You prepare (management) meetings. You gather the necessary information, prepare the presentation and make sure everything is ready to start efficiently;
- You are responsible for the follow-up of different mailboxes;
- Office management:
- order business cards;
- Telephony;
- Placing orders;
- Follow up infrastructure office building;
- IT: management of latops, ordering new laptops, follow up devices,…;
- Finance: support Management Assistants with invoices (follow up, approvals,…);
- ….
- Doc control:
- You will support the team for doc control and contract registration.
- Assist the team in the organization of team events, travel arrangements,…;
- At the office, you are the first point of contact for visitors.
- You have obtained at least a professional bachelor's degree and already have several years of experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a nice to have;
- You are an organisational talent that always keeps track of things and is good at setting priorities;
- Deadlines are always met;
- You know how to communicate with management and board members and can correctly handle confidential information;
- You are very independent, but you can also communicate quickly and smoothly with colleagues so that the necessary issues can be discussed or tackled together;
- Microsoft Office has no secrets for you. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are software programs you have an extensive knowledge of;
- You are able to travel to our office, which is located in Braine-l'Alleud (= Eigenbrakel).
- A part-time position, 19h/week;
