- As an HR software company with a professional start-up character, we currently employ around 40 people at our locations in Munich and Basel.
- With www.jacando.com, we ensure that HR management is finally fun again through the fully digital processing of all work steps in the HR department - from recruiting, personnel administration and talent management to time and performance recording.
- Our customers are employers who want more than the limited functional depth and usability of simple "all-in-one software" and at the same time a less bulky and cost-intensive solution than enterprise solutions.
- To support our growth as a SaaS company, we are looking for the next possible date for a Customer Success Manager (m / f / d) with a focus on onboarding HR software
- Permanent position, full-time, greater Munich area with home office
- You are mainly responsible for the complete implementation of our HR software solutions for our new customers up to the go-live "in time", "in budget" and "in function".
- This includes project management in the sense of coordinating and implementing standardized deadlines (kick-off, regular jour fixe, training, go-live) as well as the operational doing of central setup steps in the software(app settings, workflows, data import) for or together with the customer
- You will also advise our customers on changing familiar processes within the scope of their possibilities in order to bring more process speed / efficiency toon boarding, but above all to day-to-day HR work from the go-live of our software
- You ensure that our customers are able to navigate our software securely and efficiently from the first day after go-live and that they remember onboarding as a professional and efficient experience.
- You document all coordination and work steps with your customers in our CRM & ticketing system and ensure a seamless transition of customers to our support team after go-live.
- You support our support team with particularly tricky support requests (2nd level support) or in the event of capacity bottlenecks
- Completed vocational training or studies
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the customer success of aB2B software product
- Experience in managing software implementation projects
- Fluency in German (Fluent German is a must)
- Interest in software products and the HR industry
- Structured and meticulous way of working
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Enjoy dealing with customers on a daily basis, especially via video conferencing
