Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) with a focus ononboarding HR software
Permanent position, full-time,greater Munich area with home office Tasks
  • You are mainly responsible forthe complete implementation of our HR software solutions for ournew customers up to the go-live "in time", "in budget" and "infunction".
  • This includes project managementin the sense of coordinating and implementing standardizeddeadlines (kick-off, regular jour fixe, training, go-live) as wellas the operational doing of central setup steps in the software(app settings, workflows, data import) for or together with thecustomer
  • You will also advise our customerson changing familiar processes within the scope of theirpossibilities in order to bring more process speed/efficiency toonboarding, but above all to day-to-day HR work from the go-live ofour software
  • You ensure that our customersare able to navigate our software securely and efficiently from thefirst day after go-live and that they remember onboarding as aprofessional and efficient experience.
  • Youdocument all coordination and work steps with your customers in ourCRM & ticketing system and ensure a seamless transition ofcustomers to our support team after go-live.
  • You support our support team with particularly tricky supportrequests (2nd level support) or in the event of capacitybottlenecks
What we expect
  • Completed vocational training orstudies
  • At least 2 years of professionalexperience in a comparable position in the customer success of aB2B software product
  • Experience in managingsoftware implementation projects
  • Fluency inGerman (Fluent German is a must)
  • Interest insoftware products and the HR industry
  • Structured and meticulous way of working
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Enjoy dealing with customers on a daily basis,especially via video conferencing
  • "Problems"are not a burden for you, but an interesting nut to crack
