Administrative Assistant – CEO & CHRO Back Office Job Summary We ARE Renewables is seeking a highly organised and discreet Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and CHRO. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of executive operations, requiring strong coordination skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, compile, and manage documents, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings Coordinate and organise meetings, seminars, business trips, and corporate events, including logistics, catering, and visitor reception Manage executive calendars, contacts, correspondence, and travel arrangements Process, track, and manage orders and invoices using SAP, Fiori, and Edoc Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO and CHRO Archive, classify, and maintain official and confidential documents in accordance with internal procedures Ensure meetings and executive activities run smoothly and professionally at all times Required Qualifications & Experience Secretarial or administrative training Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role Strong administrative and multidisciplinary knowledge Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP tools is essential Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a strong asset Location: Brussels
