Om ons departement Passenger Aviation te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Service Manager Digital Workplace & Service Desk.
Ben jij een gedreven en strategisch denker met ervaring in service management? Wil jij werken in een dynamische omgeving waarin je de digitale werkplek en service desk-diensten van een grote organisatie naar een hoger niveau tilt? Dan is deze rol als ICT Team Lead iets voor jou
Als ICT Team Lead ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end ICT-services binnen dit specifieke business domein. Van het dagelijks beheer tot de strategische planning van nieuwe initiatieven: jij garandeert een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening die onze interne klanten volledig ondersteunt.
Wat je bij ons gaat realiseren:
- Jij zorgt voor de continuïteit en verbetering van onze ICT-services, en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers de tools en ondersteuning hebben om optimaal te werken.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze service desk en zorgt voor snelle, klantgerichte oplossingen van IT-vragen en incidenten.
- Je beheert de operationele run van de digitale werkplek en service desk met behulp van duidelijke Service Level Agreements en het volledige product- en applicatiebeheer.
- Jij ontwikkelt een strategische roadmap voor de digitale werkplek en service desk, inclusief evolutie, nieuwe opportuniteiten en budgettering voor de komende 2 tot 4 jaar.
- Je leidt een team van service- en productmanagers en zorgt voor een cultuur van motivatie, groei en resultaatgerichtheid.
- Je onderhoudt relaties met belangrijke interne stakeholders en leveranciers, en zorgt voor heldere communicatie en verwachtingen.
- Je zet projecten op, delegeert verantwoordelijkheden en volgt de voortgang om ervoor te zorgen dat de roadmap succesvol geïmplementeerd wordt.
- Je zorgt voor het opvolgen van markt- en technologische trends om steeds voorop te blijven lopen met onze digitale werkplek.
Wat jou onderscheidt:
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in IT-service management, met een bewezen track record in het leveren van resultaten en het aansteken van verandering binnen complexe omgevingen.
- Diepgaande ervaring met digital workplace-initiatieven en service desk management, en een goed begrip van de uitdagingen die daarbij komen kijken.
- Je hebt de vaardigheid om een strategische visie te ontwikkelen en deze succesvol om te zetten in praktische, meetbare acties.
- Als echte people manager weet je jouw team te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen. Je brengt structuur en duidelijkheid, maar zorgt ook voor een positieve werksfeer.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte aanpak om projecten te begeleiden en problemen op te lossen.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden en kunt effectief schakelen met verschillende stakeholders in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
