Do you have chemical additives, experinace? Are you familiar with: antioxidants, UV stabilisers / UV stabilisers, flame retardants, impact modifiers, defoamers, colourants/pigments, HALS, anti-blocking agents or masterbatches / additive concentrates? About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Benelux region, focusing on additives, pigments, and speciality chemicals for the CASE industry (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers). This is an exciting opportunity to manage technical and commercial projects, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth in a global, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers, including on-site visits. Identify and acquire new customers to expand market presence. Prepare quotes, conduct price negotiations, and manage sales contracts. Offer technical advice and problem-solving support to clients. Implement growth projects collaboratively with clients. Requirements: Completed technical education (scientific/technical degree or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development for additives in the CASE or plastics sector within the Benelux region. Strong technical knowledge of plastics raw materials. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivated, independent, and highly organised. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
