As Commercial Director, you will lead the commercial growth strategy of Securex Consulting. You will translate our vision into actionable sales, partnership, and business development initiatives, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to clients while driving profitable growth. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the leadership team to position Securex Consulting as the go-to HR transformation partner. Securex Consulting helps organizations navigate HR transformation by delivering innovative, value-driven solutions. Our ambition is to become the preferred HR transformation partner for companies in Belgium and beyond. Function Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with the company’s vision. Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales & Business Development team across multiple service lines. Identify and develop new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic accounts Strengthen client relationships through consultative selling and value-based engagement. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and domain leads to ensure consistent market positioning Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting to drive continuous growth Represent Securex Consulting in the market as a thought leader and business ambassador Profile Proven experience (10+ years) in commercial leadership roles within consulting, HR services, or B2B professional services. Strong track record in strategic sales, business development, and client relationship management. Passion for HR, transformation, and innovation. Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical strength and a hands‑on approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
