Business Development Manager - Multiple locations - Commercial Real Estate
Looking for

Then this might be the business development role for you
Our customer is a fast-growing company managing 12 unique co-working and office spaces all over Belgium.
They are known for their top-notch interior design and aim to build awesome - cooperative business communities throughout Belgium (and beyond).
Your responsibilitiesEach of their locations has their on-site team and you will become part of the overarching team that works for all of them.
This means that you will:
- Make sure the office spaces are filled with ambitious new companies
- Establish new strategic partnerships with small start ups and multinationals
- Prospect for new locations
- Generate a large network of C-level contacts through events
- You have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role or in the world of entrepreneurship
- Your colleagues would describe you as an enthusiastic, commercial and team-oriented person
- Dutch, French and English language skills are key assets for this role
- Down-to-earth and welcoming team of colleagues all over Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders
- Fast-growing environment with growth opportunities - both national and international
- You will get to work from one of their newest locations - which makes for a state-of-the-art work environment design-wise
