Job Title: Technical and Administrative Support AgentLanguage: English, FrenchLocation: Gosselies, BelgiumDuration: 02/02/2026 - 31/12/2026Work Mode: Hybrid ( 2 or 3 onsite/week)Work regime: Full timeJob Description - Roles and ResponsibilitiesMain Tasks:Provides first-line support, handling incidents and requests.Installs and configures small equipment.Manages and processes user requests.Management of removals or relocations (MFPs, plotters, screens, etc.)Augias Share managementUser ID management (creation, deletion, data modification, LM modification)Encoding in a ticketing tool (Easy it, etc.)Monitoring and processing requests with our supplierMaintaining an up-to-date inventory (printers, laptops, desktops, etc.)Processing and monitoring emails from Basic Facilities mailboxesCreating and updating procedures within the scope of the roleMonthly encoding of Basic Facilities KPIs and providing reportsAnalysis of monthly billing and tracking of any errorsKIR (Keep IT Running) managementActive participation in workshopsInteraction with other teamsSoft skills:Good oral and written presentationTeam spirit. Must be able to integrate into an existing teamProactive / analytical / precise and rigorous in workMobile. Willingness to travel throughout the Walloon RegionThis position primarily focuses on the technical/administrative aspects; a good understanding of IT is required.Technical skills:Proven experience as a Technical/Administrative Support Agent – minimum 1 year – Must haveProven experience with Windows Client – Must haveKnowledge of Active Directory – Must haveProven experience using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) – Must haveBasic knowledge of computer and multimedia connectivity – Must haveProven experience in dispatching and tracking requests – Must haveProven experience in inventory management – Must haveProven experience in managing emails and calendars (Outlook) – Must haveConfirmed experience in a Basic Facilities department – Must haveFrench level C2English level B2Core Skills & Requirements (Must Have)Active Directory Knowledge – Demonstrable experience requiredComputer & Multimedia Connectivity – Basic knowledge requiredBasic Facilities Service – Proven experience requiredExcel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) – Proven experience requiredDispatching & Tracking Requests – Proven experience requiredInventory Tracking – Proven experience requiredOutlook (Emails & Calendars) – Proven experience requiredTechnical & Administrative Support Agent – 3 years demonstrable experience, Medior (3–5 years)Language Requirement – French CEFR level C2Additional Skills (Should Have)Windows Client – Proven experience desirableLanguage Requirement – English CEFR level B2
