Solita is looking for a customer growth & development manager who wants to connect with people, dive in the content and foster long term commitments.

We have enabled our clients to become data-driven by implementing hundreds of data-driven solutions in the Nordic countries, but also in Belgium. We built strong offerings in the field of connected Data, Integration and Cloud services. Our ambition is to enlarge our offerings further towards the full data life cycle.
We are focused on fast change and impactful technologies making the change possible. We employ +2000 top-notch tech professionals across the Nordics and West Europe, of which more than 70 in Belgium.
As the Belgian market is a cornerstone of our growth strategy in West Europe, we are strengthening our team with a Customer Growth & Development Manager. You will be working in our Leuven or Ghent office (Hybrid of course) where everything is in place to make your working day meaningful.
Role objectives
During the first months, we are expecting you to get familiar with Solita’s offering so that you are able to pitch and be successful in sales (in your own way). At the same time, you have started building networks with Solita’s sales and tech professionals across Europe and Nordics to get support for building offerings by connecting the right people and finding materials. The role will be a mix of sales development and account manager, assisted by a sales hunter and a marketing team. You will work closely with your sales colleagues Soliman Salmi, Laura Fierro and Jarne van den Bergh.
As a Customer Growth & Development Manager you
- know how to build up new connections and develop new customers
- are able to build strong relationships with our existing customers
- work systematically and keep frequent contacts with the stakeholders at client side and ensure follow up and growing engagement
- can translate complex solutions into simple stories explained on a high level
- have endless curiosity and ability to learn as our company is growing and changing constantly
- communicate fluently in Dutch or French, and English
- You have working experience in Sales, more specifically IT consultancy or Information services
- You have knowledge of either data, cloud or integration services
- You have knowledge of the Belgian IT market, and you have a Belgian network to reach out to
