What You'll Need- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- You speak and write fluently in English, French, and Dutch.
