Je zal met een wit blad starten en een Customer Service team opstellen
- Je stuurt je team zo aan dat ze elke dag opnieuw die extra mile gaan om klanten te helpen, tevreden te stellen en de verwachtingen te overstijgen
- Voor al deze taken werk je nauw samen met de operationele medewerkers van de bijkantoren en afdelingen teneinde de organisatie en business behoeften te verwezenlijken
- Je zal zorgen voor een ideale bezetting van de afdeling
- Als customer service manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van commerciële contacten met de verschillende klanten en partners
- Het verbeteren en vereenvoudigen van bestaande processen en flows binnen Customer Service
- Je bent hands-on en helpt het team met het beantwoorden van vragen en klachten
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma en/of kan 5 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen in een leidinggevende rol
- Kennis van de transport sector
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je omschrijft jezelf als communicatief sterk en hands on mentaliteit
- Je durft bestaande processen in vraag te stellen en proactief voorstellen tot vernieuwing te lanceren en hierin de lead te nemen
- Je hebt oog voor detail, analytisch, flexibel, en bent bereid om de lead te nemen in de vele changetracjecten binnen de organisatie
- Goed kennis MS Office, ervaring met één of meerdere TMS programma's
