Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, you lead a team of technicians, engineers and chemists in charge of customer service, installations and training.

You are responsible for the overall organization of the Trasis customer service department (employees/distributors/independents).

Responsibilities:

  • You define the objectives and action plans of your department, in alignment with the strategy and objectives of the company.
  • You are in charge of managing the work of your team. You federate the whole team around the strategy and objectives.
  • You set up and follow up the performance indicators.
  • You define the budget for your department and ensure its proper management.
  • You follow up on the achievement of objectives and action plans, you ensure the reporting of the implementation and results.
  • You develop and manage, in collaboration with sales, the relationships with distributors at the customer service level.
  • You participate in the definition of Trasis products and services. You will actively participate in the improvement of products through customer experience inputs.
  • You ensure the execution of service contracts and the highest level of customer satisfaction worldwide.
  • You develop and organize the followup of internal and distributor training.
  • You contribute to and follow up the development of new products and equipment in relation with the other departments of the company.
Profile

  • You have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a Master's degree with a scientific orientation.
  • You have at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • You have proven experience in team management.
  • You have a good command of English.
  • You are organized and have a sense of priorities
  • You are a team player and an excellent communicator.
  • You have initiative, you are able to make proposals and take decisions.
  • You are pragmatic, synthetic and analytical.
  • You are customer, solution and result oriented.
