Als Customer Service Manager ben je de brug tussen het bedrijf en zijn klanten, en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze klantervaring van begin tot einde. Je werkt nauw samen met het team van experts om allerhande logistieke uitdagingen op te lossen en je klanten steeds de beste service te bieden. Denk maar aan eventuele out-of-stocks en terugroepacties. Procesefficiëntie verbeteren om steeds een optimale bevoorrading te garanderen staat dan ook centraal in deze rol.
Je volgt hiervoor bepaalde operationele parameters en KPI's op en bespreekt deze op regelmatige basis met alle stakeholders, denk maar aan Sales en ook het logistieke team, alsook de open lijn die je met je klanten hebt. Je hebt goed zicht op de logistieke handelsvoorwaarden en tracht deze zo goed mogelijk na te streven, waarbij je steeds denkt vanuit lange termijn perspectief. Je doet dit samen met een team van 6 direct reports en rapporteert aan de Head of Operations.
**Requirements**:
- Je beschikt over een Master diploma en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen Customer Service, zeker ook in een leidinggevende positie;
- Sterke stakeholder management skills en proactieve communicatievaardigheden, zowel geschreven en mondeling, alsook in het Nederlands, Engels, en in het Frans;
- Probleemoplossend denken vanuit een customer-point-of-view, je streeft er steeds naar om klanttevredenheid zo hoog mogelijk te houden;
- Je houdt ervan om te fungeren als spin in het web en denkt graag mee vanuit wat het beste is voor het bedrijf, en hoe het nog beter kan.
