ZORGI is aanwezig in meer dan 9 van de 10 Belgische ziekenhuizen en ondersteunt alle stappen in de ziekenhuiszorgketen. ZORGI ondersteunt ziekenhuizen op de volgende vlakken: opname en administratie van patiënten, patiëntenzorg, beheer van ziekenhuisapotheken, financieel en logistiek beheer en business intelligence. Om de verschillende business units te ondersteunen, zoekt ZORGI een **Engagement Manager** als direct report van de CFO.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:_**

Je bent enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de commerciële opportuniteiten geïdentificeerd door de sales teams en voor het vertalen van deze opportuniteiten naar gerichte actieplannen voor het geheel van de ZORGI-oplossingen. Anderzijds sta je in voor de engagement strategie (budgettair evenwicht, capaciteitsplan en toewijzing van de ressources), het opvolgen van het engagement budget en het monitoren van de engagement KPI's van ZORGI.
- Beheer en opvolging van A tot Z van business opportuniteiten beginnende voor de publicatie van een Request for Information (RFI) en/of een Request for Proposal (RFP) tot na het commercieel voorstel of de gesloten overeenkomst.
- Organisatie van activiteiten die het RFP-proces beïnvloeden, zoals workshops, klantpresentaties en demo's, in samenwerking met het Business Development-, Marketing
- en Bid-team.
- Bij elkaar brengen van de juiste mensen over de verschillende productlijnen heen om de beste technische oplossingen te bieden aan onze klanten in de context van commerciële opportuniteiten en als input voor RFP's.
- Analyse van de redenen voor gemiste commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaling hiervan in concrete verbeterplannen.
- Identificatie en monitoring van mogelijke tekortkomingen in de ZORGI portfolio en anticiperen op nieuwe ontwikkelingen bij de klant die kunnen leiden tot het opstellen van businessplannen voor nieuwe investeringen.
- Customer engagement monitoren in nauwe samenwerking met het Marketing team en ZORGI brede reflectie over hoe bepaalde processen verbeterd kunnen worden om de customer engagement en duurzame partnerships te bevorderen.
- Monitoring en opvolging dat ZORGI zijn contractuele afspraken met klanten m.b.t. toekomstige, lopende en recent afgeronde engagements volledig naleeft.
- Zeer nauwe samenwerking met alle productlijnen en transversale teams van Software Solutions, met Finance (opstelling en respect van alle budgetten) en met de teams van Customer Relations.
- Regelmatige rapportering en ondersteuning aan de COO en CFO.

Je ervaring en kwalificaties:_**
- Kennis van de ziekenhuissector -en processen is een plus.
- Relevante ervaring in management en in het aansturen van teams.
- Uitstekende interpersoonlijke skills.
- Sterk klant
- en resultaatgericht.
- Vlotte communicator en netwerker.
- Open en flexibel.
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en goede kennis van het Engels.
- Master diploma.
