**Profiel**:
- Je kunt vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Frans.
- Je hebt ervaring in klantrelaties (face-to-face of telefonisch).
- Je bent vriendelijk, luistervaardig en kunt je gesprekspartner overtuigen met jouw energie.
- Je voelt je comfortabel met computers en IT-tools.
- Je hebt een sterke discipline als het gaat om het volgen van procedures.
- Je wilt graag deel uitmaken van een betrokken en hecht team waar een goede werksfeer heerst.
