**Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?**:
Als **Sales Support** ben je de rechterhand van ons salesteam. Je ondersteunt hen zo goed mogelijk bij de administratieve kant van hun job.
- Je verwerkt binnenkomende orders van bestaande klanten
- Je volgt geplaatste bestellingen op
- Je maakt offertes op voor potentiële klanten
- Je volgt bestaande klanten op en houdt ze op de hoogte van nieuwe producten
- Je waakt over de klantendatabase zodat deze steeds up to date is
- Je maakt de fiches op van nieuwe klanten
- Je verwerkt inkomende aanbestedingen en neemt de eerste nodige stappen
- Je maakt in overleg met het salesteam de basisoffertes op
- Je brengt op regelmatige basis verslag uit over de stand van zaken

Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een kandidaat die reeds enkele jaren ervaring heeft in een gelijkaardige functie. Ervaring in de sector is geen vereiste maar een zekere feeling is wel mooi meegenomen.
