**Welke rol speel jij daarin als Project Manager?**

Als Product Owner/Project Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de **perfecte implementatie **en **strakke opvolging** van onze projecten. Jij maakt de vertaalslag van de business behoeften van de klant naar een huzarenstuk digitaal geweld. Jouw grootste focus? Zorgen voor de vlotte uitvoering van projecten: van analyse tot ontwikkeling, oplevering en ondersteuning. Daarbij zal jij altijd die extra mile gaan zodat zowel je klant als je team tevreden is. Om dit te realiseren werk je nauw samen met onze sales executive en het management.

**Hoe concreter, hoe beter**

Jij analyseert en documenteert projectvereisten als de beste. Daarop schrijf je **functionele en technische specs** uit voor het development team. Jij brengt **magie in de backlog** en stelt de **juiste prioriteiten**, zodat het team op het juiste moment aan het juiste onderdeel werkt. Want samen streven jullie naar snelle en efficiënte processen. Ook de afstemming en communicatie met alle **stakeholders** ligt bij jou. Wat wij fijn vinden is dat jij regelmatig onze eigen bedrijfsprocessen eens onder de loep neemt en daar mogelijke verbeterpunten spot. Maar we hebben een hekel aan paraplu's - ook als het stormt. Je neemt ownership en haalt de kastanjes uit het vuur voor jouw team.

**Wat heb jij in je mars als Product Owner/Project Manager?**
- Liefst meer dan 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
- Een skillset dat aanleunt bij project manager of analist. Beide mag ook
- Ervaring met applicatie ontwikkeling is een plus
- Kennis van entiteitdiagrammen en datamodellering is mooi meegenomen
- Een neus voor planning en budget management
- Nieuwsgierig naar of ervaring met service design technieken
- Begrip van XML, JSON en API documentatie
- Voldoende kennis van Engels en Frans om een mop te kunnen vertellen. Dat mag een flauwe zijn.
