Je stuurt een team aan van 10 Service Engineers. Het aansturen van een team omvat de ontwikkeling, training en evaluatie. Identificeren van kansen voor procesverbetering en implementeren van veranderingen om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de dienstverlening te verhogen. Dit herken je door samen met je team aanwezig te zijn bij storingen of preventief onderhoud. Opstellen van regelmatige rapporten over de prestaties van het team, inclusief KPI's zoals voltooiingspercentages van werkorders, klanttevredenheid en productiviteit van technici.
