In deze job, biedt je administratieve ondersteuning aan het Customer Quality Team, waardoor het team initiatieven kan ontwikkelen en implementeren, om organisatorische efficiëntie na te streven.
- **Wij zoeken een medewerker die**:

- De leveranciersprestaties van Castrol mbt OEM-activiteiten beheert.
- De gegevens verzamelen voor maandelijkse leveranciersbeoordelingen van portals of Global Business Services (GBS)
- Leveranciersevaluaties classificeren
- Ratings bijhouden in excel overzicht en Teams
- Ondersteuning bieden bij oorzaken van slechte beoordelingen
- Ondersteuning geven en corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen
- IMDS aanvragen en vermeldingen beheert
- Valideren of een aanvraag geldig is
- Aanvraagformulieren invullen en opvolgen om tijdige voltooiing te verzekenen
- Delen met aanvrager (intern/extern)
- Bestanden bewerken in Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) tool.
- Klantengegevens beheert
- Lijsten met "on-car" producten samen met relevante salesorganisatie herzien en actueel houden
- Gegevens updaten in de CSR tool.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je communiceert vlot, ook in het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
- Je beschikt over goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om met een verspeid divers team te werken.
- Ben je gemotiveerd, bereid om bij te leren en rekening te houden met verschillende domeinen en partijen.
- Je hebt de vaardigheid om te anticiperen op veranderingen.
- Heb je oog voor nauwkeurigheid en gestructureerd werken
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de volgende pc systemen (Office, Teams, Excel, SAP), kennis van een kwaliteits mangement systeem is mooi meegenomen.
