Technieker Building Care hout- en muurbehandelingen
Als medewerkers van onze afdeling building care ga je op basis van de planning alleen of met een team langs bij klanten. Je behandelt preventief en curatief tegen houtworm, klopkevers en zwam.

Je werkt volgens de juiste methodes en volgt de procedures die nodig zijn om de behandeling uit te voeren. Je kapt muren en pleister af, doet injecties tegen insecten en herstelt schade door dieren of vocht en kuist op na de werken.

Daarnaast zet de afdeling ook in op vogelwering waarbij je hoofdzakelijk vogelwering gaat plaatsen bij de klant.

ProfielWat wordt er van jou verwacht?

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

- Op basis van de planning ga je met een team of alleen langs bij de klanten.
- Aan de hand van instructies ontvangen van de account manager voer je de behandeling bij de klant uit, en dit op een correcte en VCA-conforme manier. Je stelt alles in het werk om schade bij de klant te voorkomen.
- Enkele mogelijke behandelingen: preventief en curatief behandelen van houtwormen, zwammen, klopkevers, opstijgend vocht, minerale zouten, plaatsen van duivenwering, ... Dit betekent afkappen van muren, afstoffen van daken, plakwerk afkappen, muren opboren, daken ontstoffen, reinigen met luchtdruk, injecties en begassingen, herstelwerken, ...
- Je werkt volgens de juiste methodes en volgt de procedures die nodig zijn om de behandeling uit te voeren.
- Wanneer nodig overleg je met collega's of vraag je raad aan de service manager of account manager. Je geeft ook commerciële info door aan je collega's van de verkoop.
- Na afwerking van iedere werf bezorg je de administratie een getekend document ter facturatie.
- Je blijft je steeds bijscholen rond nieuwe behandelingen, je onderhoudt de technische kennis.
- Jij bent samen met je collega's het uithangbord van de firma.
- In geval dit nodig ben je uitzonderlijk ook bereid om bij te springen als Technieker Pest Controle of een helpende hand te bieden in het magazijn te Roeselare.
