At our headquarters in Ghent, we are looking for a customer service employee to act as a bridge between TML and our customers.
- Your duties:_
First point of contact for customers: be the voice of our company and ensure timely and accurate handling of customer needs.

First-class customer service: manage order registration and follow-up, providing essential information to customers and colleagues.

Efficient collaboration: coordinate and communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of customer-related matters.

Customer-focused proactive communication: communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to satisfy and retain customers.
