Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- Office management: je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van ons kantoor zowel telefonisch als fysiek in ons kantoor.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het kantoor er altijd piekfijn bij ligt, je volgt het onderhoud van het kantoor op en zorgt dat het altijd de juiste sfeer uitstraalt.
- Je wijst collega's er op als zij de huisregels niet naleven. Daarnaast volg je de nodige bestellingen op die nodig zijn voor het kantoor.
Aanspreekpunt voor klanten voor bepaalde projecten:
- Administratieve afhandeling met notariaat om hun akte te verlijden.
- Behandelen van diverse vragen omtrent BTW recuperatie, stand der werkzaamheden,zowel telefonisch als via ons klantenportaal.
- Praktische organisatie van klantenevents (zoals nieuwjaarsdrink, opleveringsfesitiviteiten, zomer BBQ,).
- Administratieve ondersteuning aan de boekhouding.
- Verwerking van fysieke en digitale post.
- Opstellen klantenlijst.
- Overzicht van klantenfacturatie.

**Profiel**
- Je genoot bij voorkeur een hogere administratieve vorming en hebt al ervaring in office management of administratie.
- Je bent een secuur en stressbestendige persoon, die administratieve precisie koppelt aan doorgedreven dienstvaardigheid.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans (of je bent Franstalig en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands) en je blinkt uit door je klantvriendelijkheid.
- Je gaat zeer nauwkeurig te werk met oog voor detail, je bent gezond assertief en je slaagt er telkens in om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de courante IT-software (Word, Excel, Access, outlook,).
