Terumo Diabetes Management Division è una Business Unit all'interno di Terumo EMEA.

Ci impegniamo a fornire soluzioni personalizzate e incentrate sul paziente per ottenere una gestione ottimale del diabete. Offriamo dispositivi di alta qualità realizzati con tecnologie innovative. Il portafoglio prodotti è composto da sistemi portatili per la somministrazione dell'insulina, dispositivi per l'automonitoraggio della glicemia e per la terapia insulinica multiniettiva, ben apprezzati sia dai pazienti che dagli operatori sanitari.

**Responsabilità lavorative**:
In stretta collaborazione con il team di vendita interno ed il Sales Manager, la risorsa si occuperà di promuovere il portafoglio prodotti della Business Unit Diabetes Management di Terumo, per acquisire nuovi clienti ed aumentare la fidelizzazione di quelli esistenti nel territorio di vendita sopra menzionato.

Sono previste visite ai clienti per presentare e promuovere i nostri prodotti e servizi, condurre trattative per contratti di vendita e lavorare per garantire che le trattative procedano in maniera lineare e portino all'acquisto dei nostri prodotti. Oltre a ciò, sarà sua responsabilità fornire supporto post-vendita e assistere anche il reparto vendite e marketing dell'azienda con analisi di mercato e attività di sviluppo del business.

**Descrizione del profilo**:
Idealmente la risorsa avrà già lavorato nel settore della tecnologia medica e quindi avrà una conoscenza approfondita del settore merceologico, in particolare nel campo della gestione del diabete, nonché un'ottima conoscenza del territorio geografico assegnato.

E' richiesto, inoltre, un forte senso degli affari e capacità di raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita. Ciò include eccellenti capacità interpersonali e comunicative, determinazione e ambizione, nonché capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo. La risorsa avrà familiarità con le comuni applicazioni software per computer per creare documentazione e rapporti sulle vendite.

Considerato il territorio sopra menzionato, il suo** luogo di residenza** dovrebbe essere nelle vicinanze di **Torino** o al massimo nella regione Piemonte.

**Condizioni**:
Come parte della nostra rete di vendita locale, la risorsa lavorerà con Terumo con un contratto di agenzia. Il suo impegno sarà compensato dalle provvigioni derivanti dalle vendite. Il contratto di agenzia sarà in linea con i termini e le condizioni indicati nel contratto collettivo nazionale AEC.

Si prega di notare che Terumo prevede una clausola di esclusiva nel contratto di agenzia per il portafoglio prodotti della divisione Diabetes Management all'interno del territorio di vendita indicato.
