**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As one of our Sales Managers, youll be at the forefront of our strategic sales efforts within the solar PV industry.
This role is designed for those with a strong sales mentality and the ambition to drive growth.
Youll blend new business development with strategic account management, targeting key stakeholders and closing deals to propel us forward.
**What we’re looking for**
- Develop and maintain a high-performance sales pipeline.
- Execute targeted outreach to engage and secure key stakeholders.
- Translate Sitemark’s value proposition into successful sales strategies.
- Foster strong relationships within the solar industry, representing Sitemark at key events.
**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:
- A sales-driven professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish/Italian would be a big plus
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.
- You know how to build rapport with prospect’s accounts.
- As a master negotiator and compelling presenter, you know how to close.
