This role can be based out of any EMENA location (B/ D/ I/ SP/ UK/...) and will also require frequent travel given the sales resources in this group are located across the region.

Within the Industrial Air Filtration (IAF) business unit, the After Market Sales Manager has the responsibility to maximize sales revenue for a selected group of key customers, by selling After Market filters, parts, and services.

This position will lead a group of After Market Area Sales Engineers (AF ASE) across EMENA in very close collaboration with Equipment Area Sales Engineers and all sales and support groups.

Key Responsibilities:
As the After Market Sales Manager, you will have the responsibility to support the AM Area Sales Engineers (AF ASE's) as well as:
- Be responsible to manage & further grow the Authorized Distributor program: Maximize sales through the Distributor/Reseller channel in collaboration with the FF ASEs- Support maximize sales on selected key customers/ accounts- Support the Development of OE business / Strategic Account business: In collaboration with OE sales group for OEM business; Develop new OES business; Support Strategic account business growth- Support the Strategic account program- Support ASE’s with managing selected non-standard service sales projects in close collaboration with engineering- Ensure that the sales development team and/or the AFM Specialist team get qualified leads for AM business and maximize partnership with all these teams- Implement strong alignment with the Territory Managers and the equipment ASE’s to drive max AM growth and lead generation- Support the Service Sales business at end-users and help coordinate these projects with FF ASE’s in the field- You will manage all sales and KPI performance-related initiatives and drive strong progress in the Indirect Sales Channel of Distribution /Resale /OES and large Key Accounts/Strategic end-users.

**Profile**:
Education: Master's degree in Sales, Marketing or other relevant business-oriented education programs (or equivalent through experience). An MBA would be a plus.

Experience & Profile:
- Sales management of external customer-facing resources is an asset- Strong skill set in sales management, usage of KPI’s and flexibility in adapting to changes- Experience in matrix organizations and strong influential leadership, as well as strong direct leadership competencies, will be key to being successful in this role- English is a MUST. Any additional languages are a plus given you will interact with all of the EMENA groups- Strong CRM and IT system knowledge: the ability to build dashboards, pull fast data, analyze and use for customer management- Good interpersonal relationship building and good communication skills are a MUST. You will build strong relations with all different functional sales groups within the AM organization: AM Sales Representatives, Service Sales Org, AM Specialists, and also with the Business Development group; You will align with the Equipment and OEM ASE organization as to maximize support of the collaborative sales model.
