Your Contribution:

Role:

The Customer Experience Officer connects energy sales and purchases with services, overseeing financial operations post energy sales/purchases, ensuring accurate invoicing, data quality, meeting deadlines, and timely payment follow-ups. They have end-to-end responsibility for their portfolio, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, and exploring opportunities to enhance process automation.

Key Missions:

  • Learn contract specifics in the power & gas market (Belgium & Netherlands)
  • Gain insights into contract treatment in processes & digital tools
  • Support digital transformation within the CJO team
  • Aid in change management for digital process adoption
  • Ensure data quality control in new digital systems
  • Centralize data in the digital landscape
  • Contribute to digitalization developments for improved client satisfaction and process automation

About You:
Hard Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel and an interest in process automation/digitalization
  • Fluency in French and English required, additional languages a plus

Soft Skills:
  • Enthusiasm for learning about energy markets
  • Client-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player, proactive, and able to work autonomously

Education and Professional Background:
  • University or high school degree (BAC+5)
