**LFTW Belgium is een dynamische Belgische ngo, die In Afrika niet alleen vermijdbare blindheid bestrijdt en oogziektes geneest, maar ook inzet op inclusief onderwijs voor kinderen met een visuele beperking. De focus ligt op het verbeteren van de levenskwaliteit van diegenen met een visuele beperking, hun families en op het waarborgen van hun rechten. We financieren en ondersteunen verschillende projecten rond oogzorg en inclusief onderwijs in Congo, Rwanda en Tanzania. Om haar fondsenwerving te doen groeien, is LFTW Belgium op zoek naar een Communication & Fundraising Officer.**

**Waaruit bestaat je takenpakket?**
- Je staat in voor redactie van teksten voor onze publicaties zoals Magazien en het jaarverslag, website en sociale media
- Je vertaalt informatie over de projecten die we ondersteunen naar teksten aangepast aan diverse doelgroepen
- Je staat mee in voor de opvolging van de najaarscampagne
- Samen met een PR-bureau bouw je aan een groeiende naamsbekendheid van LFTW Belgium
- Je ondersteunt mee de fondsenwervende activiteiten op vlak van private giving, community fundraising en leadership giving
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van communicatie & fondsenwerving en de verantwoordelijken voor de oogzorgprogramma's in het Zuiden.
- Je rapporteert aan de Director Fundraising & Communication

**Over welke vaardigheden verwachten we dat je beschikt?**
- Je beschikt over een vlotte pen en feilloze spelling
- Je weet welke content past bij welke doelgroep en kan een juist communicatiekanaal kiezen om deze doelgroep te bereiken
- Je bent resultaatgericht en kan strakke deadlines naleven
- Je neemt initiatief
- Je spreekt en schrijft in foutloos Nederlands. Daarnaast beschik je over een degelijke actieve kennis van het Frans en Engels
- Je hebt affiniteit met de missie en de waarden van LFTW Belgium
- Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs
