Maintains the BPT strategy roadmap and drives execution of transformational technology initiatives. Aligns the BPT strategy with both the wider organisation strategy and key business imperatives. Defines and maintains the overall governance framework for BPT. Key stakeholder in the development of overall BPT strategy, which is aligned to outcomes defined in the overall business strategy. Plans BPT budgets to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives / objectives. Ensures operational demand is aligned with annual investment plans & strategy.

Strategy & Vision


•Translates the business strategy into the BPT strategy and roadmap (in collaboration with BPs and Regional CIOs) including insource / outsourced strategy (in collaboration with Digital Capabilities)
•Enable and monitor adoption of BPT strategyacross BPT (Local and Global)
•Work closely with the Vendor Management team and Innovation team to align internal and external BPT Strategy, particularly coordinating on M&A and partnership opportunities
•Establish framework to track, monitor, analyse, and improve BPT Product Adoption
•Develop presentations/material to enable the BPT VP SIP to deliver clear, concise and inspirational messages to the senior stakeholders, produce high quality management information in response to ad-hoc requests
•Establish BPT LT cockpit with essential KPIs to assess BPT performance against its goals to surface insights and unlock decision-making

Operating model and governance


•Identify any areas that need improvements within the BPT organisation. Conduct market research and analysemarket and industry trends. Develop and perform scenario analysis based on complex financial data or complex data sets.
•Owns governance frameworks and optimisemanagement routines and continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes

Portfolio and Value Creation


•Assess budgetary requirements and prepares the budget in alignment with strategic initiatives / objectives
•Assess and ensure demand aligns with investment plans and BPT strategy
•Establish and lead the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) CoE for CCEP by establishing consistent portfolio information and evaluation methods, achieving transparency, visibility of the BPT portfolio and the appropriate tools and metrics helping set the right priorities with stakeholders, to ensure all critical issues are discussed and delivered upon, to balance value, resources and risk
