Le ASTRID Service Centre recherche un(e) collègue pour rejoindre son Contact Centre en tant que Collaborateur Customer Support.

**Fonction**:
L'ASTRID Service Centre (ASC) se compose de trois services : une équipe technique (ASC 1ère et la 2ième ligne) et une équipe de support, le « Contact Centre ».

L'ASTRID Contact Centre est le point d'entrée pour tous nos clients/utilisateurs et remplit trois missions de base, à savoir:
**La gestion administrative** : comprend l'enregistrement de toutes les questions entrantes des clients dans un système de tickets. Il peut s'agir de questions techniques, non-techniques, questions concernant les factures ou les abonnements. Vous en effectuez une analyse correcte et vous essayez dans un premier temps de formuler vous-même une réponse.

**La communication** interne et externe concernant les systèmes ASTRID. En cas d'incidents ou lors de l'implémentation de nouveaux systèmes ou de travaux de maintenance préventive, vous informez par écrit les clients des éventuelles nuisances prévues.

**La gestion des abonnements** : vous configurez les abonnements sur différentes plates-formes (radio, paging, MVNO, licences de logiciel).

Vous êtes capable de réaliser ces tâches de manière autonome, précise et orientée vers le client.

**Profil**:
**Connaissances requises**
- Niveau : graduat Office management, langues
- Vous répondez aux conditions d'une convention de premier emploi. Une expérience avec les clients est souhaitable mais pas indispensable. Il importe que votre attitude positive et enthousiaste vous permet d'établir un contact de qualité avec la clientèle.
- Intérêt pour une fonction auprès d'un opérateur de télécommunication et la **volonté d'acquérir les connaissances techniques nécessaires** pour assurer un support de première ligne à nos clients. Vous avez une certaine affinité pour le travail dans un environnement de helpdesk technique.
- **Vous possédez une connaissance orale et écrite approfondie du français et du néerlandais**.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et le contact facile, vous êtes orienté(e) client et résultats.
- Bonne connaissance des solutions bureautiques Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel). La connaissance d'Access est un plus.
