About this role:Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring our
clients' success. In this position, you'll build strong client relationships, be their trusted
advisor, and make sure they're happy with our services.
You will be responsible for Flanders area and work between Flanders/Brussels and
your home such as:
- 3 days on the road : meeting with your accounts in Flanders
- 1 day in our Brussels office with your team
- 1 day up to you (office, home, road)
- Cultivate strong client relationships, understand their needs, and guide them
- towards achieving their business goals.
- Drive revenue growth and keep our customers satisfied by finding
- opportunities to offer more of our products and services.
- Grow professionally with continuous training, mentorship, and exposure to
- various clients and industries.
- Join a collaborative and supportive work environment that highly appreciates
- your skills and welcomes your input.
- Some knowledge about Flanders restaurants (that you had from a
- professional or personal experience, we welcome both)
- Professional account management/sales experience with a proven track
- record of persuading clients/partners.
- Fluency in Dutch(spoken and written), proficiency in English, and French is a
- bonus.
- Your strong commercial and communication skills make you a dependable
- advisor.
- Results-driven and willing to travel (Valid Driver's License) for most of the
- week (in Flanders). Some office/home work in Brussels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly flexible.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Independent yet an effective team player
