As a Sales Account Manager for our Real Estate partners you will be responsible for managing and developing a large partner portfolio in the Walloon region. These partners are mainly real estate agencies and building promoters. The goal is to actively conclude a long term partnership with these partners and motivate them to offer energy contracts (electricity and/or gas) to their customers (B2B2C). The latter are end customers which are moving or building a house or an apartment. Other products and services can be added depending on the evolution of the energy market.

key responsibilities

You optimize the commercial partnerships through physical visits and qualitative contacts with existing partners;

You expand your portfolio through active and qualitative prospection. This is your main focus;

You maintain and expend your portfolio by participating to a number of specific networking events;

You acquire and maintain knowledge of the energy market and the evolutions in the real estate sector;

You develop a sales and prospection plan towards (new) partners in line with the strategy of Luminus and provide feedback on a regular basis to the sales manager.

You are a teamplayer and share best practice

qualifications

Sales skills

Partner sales = indirect sales, farming & hunting, no hard sales

Affinity with digital tools

working with digital tools and agenda (CRM) on PC, tablet, smartphone

Microsoft office

Outlook, Excel basics, Teams, ppt

Affinity with the real estate sector or energy sector is a plus

Affinity with indirect/relational sales is a plus

Fluent in French, good knowledge of Dutch

key benefits

You can fill this position through Randstad Professionals as a consultant (with an employee contract) or as freelancer.

6months contract, possibility to extend.

Gross salary according to your experience

Net remuneration of €80 per month
