La Monnaie est la maison d'opéra fédérale, située au cœur de la capitale de l'Europe, qui produit et propose une programmation de renommée internationale d'opéra, de danse, de concerts et de récitals.

En tant que Finance Manager, vous contribuez à la bonne gestion et à la stratégie financière de La Monnaie en assurant la gestion financière. Vous contrôlez la bonne exécution des procédures comptables, de la trésorerie, de la fiscalité, du contrôle de gestion et du contrôle budgétaire. Vous travaillez au département de la gestion Financière où vous encadrerez une équipe et rapportez à la Directrice financière.


  • Vous garantissez la bonne tenue de la comptabilité (générale et analytique) ; l'exécution du calendrier de contrôle des opérations et des comptes, supervision des clôtures, veillez à la réconciliation sociale mensuelle et annuelle et les déclarations sociales y associées, la gestion de la trésorerie, l'établissement et le suivi des déclarations TVA et fiscales, la mise à jour des règles d'évaluation comptable ;
  • Vous élaborez le budget et fournissez les outils de reporting : gestion des différentes phases du budget, la production de données fiables, définition des seuils d'alerte & propositions d'arbitrage, production de tableaux de bord;
  • Vous assurez la mise en place et l'organisation d'indicateurs de gestion ;
  • Vous coordonnez les missions comptable et budgétaire afin d'assurer la conformité avec les régulations fédérales ;
  • Vous animez, accompagnez et soutenez les équipes du service financier ;
  • Vous participez à l'amélioration des outils et des procédures internes, contribuez à l'implémentation et au développement du nouveau logiciel, participez aux réflexions dans ce domaine et mettez en place la documentation des procédures comptables et financières ;
  • Vous contribuez aux contrôles des réviseurs et de la cour des comptes via la collecte et la vérification des données et prenez en compte les remarques.

  • Vous avez une formation supérieure en Comptabilité et Gestion (master 2) ;
  • Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dont 5 ans en qualité de Responsable financier ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, logiciels/ERP de comptabilité et budget, Power BI) ;
  • Une expérience dans le secteur public et/ou dans le secteur culturel est un plus ;
  • Vous avez de l'expérience démontrée de plusieurs années en people management, vous savez diriger et motiver des équipes ;
  • Vous êtes communicatif, bien organisé et savez structurer et coordonner le travail;
  • Vous êtes proactif, vous anticipez et avez l'esprit analytique;
  • Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et le français ; la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout ;
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et êtes orienté solutions.
