Jouw uitdaging
- Consumenten verwachten steeds meer relevantie in de digitale producten die ze gebruiken. Om deze relevantie en veel waarde te kunnen bieden is het belangrijk om bezoekers te motiveren om in te loggen op een zo'n logische en frictieloze manier. Om de motivatie om in te loggen te activeren moet er de juiste waarde tegenover staan;
- Samen met een team van experts ga je aan de slag om ervoor te zorgen dat in de toekomst iedereen die een van de DPG Media-merken gebruikt, ingelogd is. Dit stelt ons namelijk in staat om al onze gebruikers optimaal te bedienen en te verwaarden om zo de digitale betrokkenheid tot onze merken te verhogen;
- Om dit te realiseren, houd jij je bezig met initiatieven en experimenten waarmee we zowel gebruikers kunnen motiveren om een account aan te maken als om ingelogd onze digitale producten te gebruiken. Hierbij is het opzetten van innovatieve initiatieven op basis van gevalideerde inzichten een belangrijk wat moet resulteren in impact op ingelogd bereik en aantal accounts voor alle DPG Media merken, zowel in Nederland als België;
- Het is een zeer veelzijdige rol waarin je met jouw veelzijdige technische kennis en samen met andere marketing- en CRO-experts nadenkt over de verschillende experimenten voor deze doelen, maar ook regelmatig overlegt met projectmanager van andere initiatieven om te onderzoeken of daar kansen liggen.
- Je bent technisch onderlegde marketeer met een goede dosis productmanagement skills en bedenkt innovatieve manieren om onze doelen te laten groeien. Hierbij maak je gebruik van data en digitale verleidingstechnieken;
- Naast je kennis van marketing beschik je ook over wat technische basiskennis, zoals HTML en CSS en/of andere programmeertalen;
- Je denkt out-of-the-box, zoekt constant naar kansen om de doelen in beweging te krijgen en besteedt veel aandacht aan de optimalisatie van de initiatieven op basis van data en onderzoek;
- Je neemt graag zelf initiatief om experimenten op te starten en weet het overzicht te houden van wat er allemaal loopt. Je weet de verbinding te leggen met de juiste experts binnen een team en daarbuiten om maximale impact te realiseren. Wat deze rol vooral aantrekkelijk maakt? Verder neem je mee
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma;
- Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Ervaring met opstarten en uitvoeren van doelgerichte initiatieven/experimenten;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je weet hoe je een succesvolle customer journey inricht;
- Een goed analytisch vermogen en een grote liefde voor data;
- Een optimistisch en pragmatisch karakter met doorzettingsvermogen;
- Kennis op het gebied van UX en/of programmeren is een pré.
