En tant que Customer Care Advisor, vous êtes le visage, ou plutôt la voix de la société.
Vous êtes la personne qui fait sourire nos clients et vous êtes, en grande partie, responsable de leur satisfaction.
Vos tâches
Vous répondez aux questions de nos clients par téléphone et par mail et vous leur donnez toujours la réponse la plus complète possible. Nous sommes omniprésents et avons donc une grande diversité de clients. Des particuliers aux grandes entreprises en passant par les indépendants.
Les questions de nos clients sont d'ailleurs également très diverses : Adaptation d'un numéro de TVA ? Une panne sur le bord de la route ? Une question sur un contrôle technique ? Ils peuvent toujours s'adresser à vous Profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier et vous avez une première expérience professionnelle pertinente.
- Vous êtes doué(e) pour la communication et vous avez une excellente connaissance du néerlandais et du français. Tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Outre la communication, vous savez aussi écouter ce que votre interlocuteur attend de vous. Aider les autres à avancer vous procure un sentiment de bien-être.
- Vous avez la capacité de travailler sous pression : jusqu’à 80 appels par jour ne vous effraient pas.
- Nous ne travaillons pas avec des scripts écrits, il est donc nécessaire que vous ayez une certaine capacité d'analyse pour évaluer ce qui est nécessaire pour aider réellement les clients.
- Vous êtes patient, empathique et orienté vers les solutions.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe : vous savez qu'il est essentiel de documenter certaines tâches. De cette manière, l'information est disponible pour vos collègues et ils pourront toujours la retrouver.
- Faire partie d'une entreprise économiquement saine et commercialement solide.
