Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key automotive clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Nextlane's solutions to drive mutual growth. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities, qualify prospects, and initiate contact proactively. Negotiation & Closing Confident in handling objections, price discussions, and closing deals under pressure. Account Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the footprint of Nextlane's products and services. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on industry trends, digital transformation, and best practices to support their strategic objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Sales Execution: Implement the company's sales strategy to achieve assigned targets, including revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and activity reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. ️ What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years in a strategic account management or consultative sales role, preferably within the automotive or technology sector. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry and digital transformation trends. Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch (Flemish) and English. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software solutions and digital platforms relevant to the automotive sector. Personal Attributes: Proactive, analytical, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to clients.
