Edge consulting est un cabinet de conseil belge lancé en 2009 par nos deux co-fondateurs, Pierre et Boris, qui compte aujourd'hui une équipe croissante de +40 edgiens.

**Votre mission**:
En tant que Digital Project Manager vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la coordination de la création de contenus pour un nouveau site web thématique.
- Fournir des orientations claires (gouvernance, best practices, normes de qualité) à l'équipe de rédaction ;
- S'assurer de la conformité du contenu éditorial et de son adéquation aux objectifs stratégiques ;
- Veiller à la bonne gestion des livrables en tenant compte du contexte (budget, délais & enjeux) ;
- Challenger la rédaction en vue d'améliorer la qualité du contenu et d'assurer une cohérence globale ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les stakeholders internes et externes ;
- Suivre et mesurer les performances des contenus mis en place.
Sur la base du volontariat, vous aurez aussi la possibilité de vous investir ponctuellement ou durablement dans diverses initiatives internes, développant par la même occasion vos propres compétences:
**Partage de connaissances et d'expériences.**
Vous pourrez animer des formations internes ou des workshops, partager votre expertise sur un sujet spécifique, présenter vos retours d'expérience sur des missions clients, etc.
** Investissement dans les projets de développement internes du cabinet.**
Vous pourrez contribuer à la création de supports et de templates pour faciliter le quotidien de nos consultants, participer à l'amélioration de nos pratiques en matière de développement commercial, ou encore animer des interventions auprès d'étudiants dans les Junior Entreprises belges (comme le Solvay Consulting Club).
**Profil recherché**:
- Master ou expérience équivalente ;
- Excellentes capacités de communication ;
- Capacité à gérer et à encadrer des équipes ;
- Souci du détail.
