The primary function of the Project Manager is to drive the execution and continuous growth of the Delivery Office Portfolio by being responsible for process discipline and rigor for new and existing portfolio of initiatives in the Delivery Office as well as leading the change to embed DO approach into the organization.

This role plays a key role in change management, coaching, ensuring project management discipline and new idea generation, as well as acting as coordinator for Functional workstream.

As the DO process expert, this position will provide support to project managers and initiative owners, and have the opportunity to participate in specific projects.

**Major Tasks**
**Initiatives leadership and execution 75%**
- Responsible for the Management of the Delivery Office Portfolio, maintaining an up-to-date overview of the initiatives portfolio status, value, timing impact
- As coordinator for DO meetings, manage the meeting cadence and structure & process
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making
- Preparing the DO content for the DO meetings by reviewing all initiatives and materials, liaising with initiative owners on specifics and ensuring that the key highlights and issues are known in advance of the meetings
- Running management reports and detailed downloads from our online initiative tracking tool (WAVE) to drive the DO meetings
- Tracking and following-up weekly action points from the DO meetings
- Administering WAVE as the “super-user” to include tasks like setting up new users, designing new reports, assigning admin and approval rights, arranging or leading training.

- Manage the change, and coach teams across the organization to ensure DO approach is implemented
- Support business leadership in efforts to establish and enhance business culture of accountability and results delivery (including targets setting).

- Contribute in a team environment through developing positive working relationships that are based on trust and integrity
- Take responsibility for achieving challenging personal professional goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering / Business or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business roles or in operations
- Coaching and change management knowledge
- Passionate about Project discipline and greater affinity towards Process Improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and be generally tech savvy.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, is an asset
