Virto Solar ontwikkelt geavanceerde WEB- en CAD-applicaties voor zonne-energiesystemen, zoals onze gerenommeerde plugin voor AutoCAD / BricsCAD (BIM).

Onze software is gericht op grootschalige zonneparken, zowel grondgebonden als op daken. Naast Virto.CAD hebben we onlangs Virto.CORE gelanceerd - een webgebaseerd raamwerk voor het bouwen van op maat gemaakte webapps. Begin 2023 lanceren we ook Virto.360 met nieuwe, zeer innovatieve functies.

Wij zoeken een Product Specialist die zowel technisch als klantgericht is. Je krijgt een belangrijke rol in onze ambitieuze groeiplannen voor de komende jaren. Voor deze vacature zoeken wij iemand die enerzijds bestaande relaties onderhoudt en anderzijds nieuwe klanten helpt en leads “onboard” in onze software applicaties.

Wat doet een “Customer & Product Specialist” bij Virto?
- Je wordt een expert worden in onze Virto CAD- en WEB-applicaties; daarnaast doe je kennis op over de zonne-energie branche.
- Je begrijpt de strategische doelen van onze klanten en ziet hoe onze producten hen helpen deze doelen te bereiken.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van de best mogelijke "onboarding"-ervaring voor nieuwe klanten. Denk hierbij aan het aanbieden van trainingen over onze producten, het geven van onboarding-sessies en het ontwikkelen van onboarding-communicatie.
- Je staat aan het hoofd van onze “databank”. Dit betekent dat je gebruikershandleidingen, video's en whitepapers helpt maken van uitstekende kwaliteit en klantwaarde. Een verscheidenheid aan support vragen komt op je pad: van klanten die hun activeringssleutel kwijtraken tot vragen over zonnepanelen. U behandelt elke aanvraag met de grootste zorg.
- Je werkt in nauw samen met Product Management, Sales Development en Marketing ; jullie zullen je richten op het verbeteren van “klantsuccesprocessen”.
- Je bent in staat om bugs in rapporten op te sporen, te analyseren en op te lossen.
- Bij afwezigheid van een collega ben jij back-up (bijvoorbeeld: test engineer).

Profiel
- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma of secundair (met ervaring) in informatica of wetenschappelijke richting - of je hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardig vakgebied.
- Je hebt ervaring met CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidsWorks, Inventor, Sketchup,) of grafische ontwerpsoftware (Adobe-producten)
- Eerdere ervaring in een technische rol is een groot pluspunt
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: je bent positief en energiek en weet dit over te brengen tijdens een telefoon
- of videogesprek.
- Je hebt een sterk empathisch vermogen en bent gericht op het succes van je klant.
- Je hebt ervaring / je bent geïnteresseerd in de industrie van hernieuwbare energie, techniek en wetenschap en bent bereid om te blijven leren.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans, Spaans of Duits is een plus.
- Je bent gemotiveerd, ambitieus en je bent doelgericht.
