**About Our Client**:
Voor onze klant, een wereldleider in het creëren van duurzame oplossingen, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Customer Service Operations Assistant ter ondersteuning van het huidige team. Het bedrijf is gelegen in Mechelen en vlot bereikbaar met de wagen.

Als Customer Support Officer maak je integraal deel uit van het Customer Support Center als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers (ook internationaal). Met veel enthousiasme en focus maak je mensen wegwijs in de organisatie en behandel je vragen via telefoon en mail. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte order verwerking & facturatie.

Belangrijkste taken & verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je ondersteunt het team in de dagelijkse administratieve voorbereiding van service interventies en onderhoudscontracten, dit met behulp van het eigen ERP-pakket.
- Je voert updates uit aan onze database van onderhoudscontracten en voert nieuwe contracten in.
- Je zorgt voor het administratief afhandelen van de uitgevoerde taken aan de hand van werkorders en opmaken van facturen.
- Je volgt de administratie op van de nog uit te voeren werkzaamheden.
- Je bent nauwkeurig & werkt gestructureerd met de verschillende diensten binnen de organisatie. Collega's kunnen steeds op jou rekenen.

Deze verantwoordelijkheden deel je met jouw teamleden binnen Customer Support en je rapporteert aan de Manager Customer Support Center Benelux.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Professionele Bachelor in Office Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je daarnaast ook uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan in een commerciële administratieve functie, liefst in een industriële sector.
- Je bent analytisch en organisatorisch sterk.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je wil graag werken binnen een jong en groeiend team in een internationaal bedrijf.
- Je werkt proactief, hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
- Ervaring met Microsoft 365 en CRM-software.
