Als **Customer Service Representative** ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaand takenpakket:

- Je beheert het volledige order-to-cash proces; van orderverwerking en opvolging tot verzending, facturatie en aftersales.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de Account Managers.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de supply chain afdeling om de forecasts op te volgen en zo pieken in het productieproces te voorkomen.
- Tijdens je dagelijkse klantcontact ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en vertalen van de commerciële strategie: upselling / cross-selling, pushen van marketing & promo acties, verzamelen & in kaart brengen van klantinformatie in de CRM,...
- Identificeer kansen om de klantervaring te verbeteren en doe aanbevelingen voor procesverbeteringen.
- Productinformatie en hulp bieden aan klanten, vragen en zorgen professioneel en effectief aanpakken.
- Monitor de klanttevredenheid en implementeer strategieën om de verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen.
- Genereer rapporten en analyseer gegevens met betrekking tot de prestaties van de klantenservice, identificeer trends en verbeterpunten.
- Neem deel aan teamvergaderingen en trainingssessies om op de hoogte te blijven van productkennis en best practices voor klantenservice.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Als **Customer Service Representative** heb je het volgende profiel:

- Ruime ervaring in Customer Service of Sales Support posities. Relevante ervaring in een technische-omgeving is een sterke plus.
- Vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent organisatorisch en planmatig ingesteld.
- Je communiceert diplomatisch.
- Je bent klantgericht en denkt graag op een commerciële manier mee met de klant.
- Je werkt accuraat en zelfstandig en bent stressbestendig.
- Kennis van SAP of een ander ERP-systeem.
