**Je nieuwe functie**:
Als **customer service representative** ondersteun je de sales manager en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je volgt de bestellingen op van a-z (order intake, order input, logistiek, facturatie) en behandelt technische vragen over de producten. Daarnaast heb je ook regelmatig contact met het hoofdkantoor in verband met het beheer van de stock.

Voor deze job als **customer service representative **is Hays op zoek naar een kandidaat:
- Je communiceert vlot **mondeling en schriftelijk in het Engels**:
- Je beschikt over een **eerste relevante werkervaring binnen customer service** (en internationale goederenbehandeling) waarbij je met** SAP** gewerkt hebt.
- Bovendien ben je** communicatief **en **administratief sterk** waardoor je alles **nauwkeurig** opvolgt en jezelf goed kan **organiseren**:
- Je bent **klantgericht** en je kan goed **samenwerken** met de andere collega’s
- Ten slotte ben je** flexibel **ingesteld en kan je door jouw **organisatorische vaardigheden** goed omgaan met** deadlines en prioriteiten**.

**2 dagen thuiswerk** mogelijk. Bovendien zijn het
**flexibele werkuren** (starten tussen 7u30-9u30) en doordat je
**40 uren per week** werkt heb je jaarlijks recht op
**12 adv-dagen**. In totaal heb je jaarlijks recht op
**36 verlofdagen**. Op vrijdag kan je reeds stoppen vanaf 14u30. Tenslotte voorzien zij ook maandelijks initiatieven voor een
**goede werksfeer **(yoga, lunch,)
